Do I need to have it all figured out before we start?
No. You just need to be done circling the same decision. If something in you knows there's more — that's enough to start.
Why phased instead of ongoing monthly coaching?
Because open-ended engagements tend to drift. A defined phase creates pressure in the right direction — traction, not comfort. You'll always know where the finish line is.
How do I know if I'm ready for Phase 2?
You don't have to decide now. Toward the end of Phase 1, we'll assess together. Phase 2 is an invitation extended when the deeper work is genuinely called for — not a default upsell.
What if we're not the right fit?
That's exactly what the Discovery Call is for. It's free, direct, and if I'm not the right coach for you, I'll say so. Wasting your money isn't a good business model for either of us.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. Both engagements can be paid monthly at $850/month. We'll set up whatever works so payment doesn't get in the way of the work.
